If I cancel, will I be charged any fees?
No. You are free to trial the software and there are no fees. When using the full product you will still never pay any cancellation fees.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Not for the free trial. Obviously with the full software you need to pay, this can be done with Credit Card or Direct Debit.
Can I change to another plan?
Definitely! You can swap up or down plans and not pay any fees or penalties.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
I'm currently using another software package, can I import my data into Salon Swift?
For most other products we can import your data for you at no extra cost. Simply get in touch with us and we'll do our best to make it work.
I have the free trial, can I get someone to help me set it up?
Absolutely! We won't charge you anything either. We want to see you get the most of your software and see your business grow. Contact us and we'll take you through anything from Setup to appointments, marketing to stock control. We're real people and we're here for you.
If the Internet drops out, do I lose everything?
Definitely not! Salon Swift uses the Internet if it’s available, but if you have no Internet or it drops out it will keep running just fine. Safe and Sound.
